Bonita Beach studio with pools

Wonderful Stay Just Steps from Bonita Beach! Positive: I stayed for six nights, and this studio exceeded my expectations! I was concerned the listing photos might be outdated, but the unit was exactly as pictured—clean, inviting, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. After-hours check-in was seamless, and I appreciated arriving to a cool studio with the AC already running. The king-size bed was very comfortable with quality bedding and plenty of extra pillows and linens. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom was spotless, with excellent lighting, a spacious shower, and plenty of toiletries. The location is fantastic! Bonita Beach is directly across the street, with a convenient pedestrian crossing. I could be on the sand in under five minutes! Several restaurants and a coffee bar are also within walking distance. The studio even included five beach chairs, four beach towels, a cooler, and a beach wagon. I only wish I’d known about the towels before packing my own! I especially loved the patio, where I enjoyed my morning coffee, beautiful Gulf sunsets, and even a full moon rising in the evening. The heated pool and hot tub were clean, parking was always convenient, and the property felt safe and peaceful. Negative: A few minor drawbacks: The refrigerator’s ice and water dispensers didn’t work properly, the shower pressure was weak, and only one washcloth was provided. Some outdoor furniture and common areas could use updating. The property was also undergoing exterior renovations, with construction noise beginning around 8 a.m. on weekdays, although the studio itself was otherwise very quiet. Overall, the positives far outweighed the minor inconveniences. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay and would absolutely return. I’d happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Bonita Springs!

We had a fabulous stay at this cozy studio right across from Bonita Beach! The location was perfect, and the studio had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The fully stocked kitchen was a great bonus, and having a beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs made beach days so easy and enjoyable. A wonderful, comfortable stay in an unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! Across the street from Barefoot and Bonita Beaches! Access to the pool was great! Had all of the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
